Bringing Greeks Together One Glass of Mastiha at a Time
As you may have seen by now, I have been journeying around the United States galvanizing Greeks in different cities to come together for the greater good. To connect, to work together, to build community, all while showcasing Greece.
Showcasing Greeks around the world, but further more tasting the flavors of Greece. When I set out to do this, I wanted to bring a brand along for the journey. Someone with similar vision, a similar mindset when it comes to community, business and being Greek. I reached out to Effie Panagopoulos a fellow Bostonian, founder of KLEOS Mastiha Spirit and the first Greek woman in history to start a liquor brand.

If you haven't tasted KLEOS yet, you are simply missing out. Made with the mastic resin only found on the wonderful island of Chios, this liqour goes with pretty much anything. Oh, and its good for you!
When I reached out to Effie, she didn't hesitate, she immediately saw the vision. A chance to bring communities together, while introducing more people to KLEOS Mastiha Spirit.

Since joining forces in July 2024, we’ve brought Greek professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives together in Boston, New York, South Florida, Tampa Bay, and Los Angeles. And this is just the beginning. 2025 will take us even further—more cities, more countries, more connections.
By now you are probably saying, ok I want to try this beverage. Well there is good news, you can order it online! Head to www.drinkkleos.com and press Buy Now!

While the taste of KLEOS is incredible, one thing that always stands out whether you enjoy mastiha or not is the bottle design. It's the bottle you won't throw out after you finish it, you'll use it as decor.
To Effie and KLEOS—thank you for believing in this movement. And to everyone who has joined us so far, we’re just getting started.
